General Case

General Objectives

Through our general teambuilding workshop and Retreat, the following objectives are sufficiently addressed:

  • To create an enabling environment for positive interactions among staff.
  • Provide an opportunity for staff who have had a limited opportunity for interaction that is for slightly over 2 years occasioned by Covid 19 pandemic, to do so.

  • Provide an opportunity to break the ice for any new staff facilitating interaction with other staff in a fun way.
  • Facilitate all staff to get acquainted with each other and build connections outside work environment.
  • Convey organizational culture through this interaction via communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate organizational culture by mainstreaming staff engagement, care, agility, ethics & behavior cues through teambuilding activities

OUR METHODOLOGY

We Have 3 Main Teambuilding programs:

01/ Team bonding and fun

This is the most common team building activities and focuses mainly on fun, mingling and bonding among participants. Activities are usually high energy and sporty in nature with a bias towards more fun activities and bonding

02/ Team building & Capacity Strengthening

This type of excercise has more focus on learning through games ,puzzles and teasers. It may be preceded by an employee engagement or culture survey &  focuses on addressing prevailing themes or gaps. It does this by creating solutions and shifting mindsets through experiential activities.

03/ Executive Round Table

Here, we engage mostly Senior management and executives who handle more leadership orientred and oversight roles. The participants are engaged in high level thought provoking activities that will effectively determine the organizations culture and strategic direction.

Our Key Highlight on Methodology

The client’s needs & objectives for the retreat and the duration provided for activities are set to determine the type of teambuilding program, methodology and tools to be used for the retreat while ensuring a fun, amicable and stimulating learning and bonding experience.

The daily program will be subdivided into three sessions.

This will be wrapped in lots of fun, learning, laughter, mingling, competition and interaction to foster teamwork and effective communication. The program of activities will ensure that either before, during or after every activity, participants are engaged in conversations that draw parallels with actual scenarios that play at the office and foster an atmosphere of consensus building and cooperation.

We shall engage the team through indoor and outdoor interactive fun sessions. Activities will depend on the clients objectives. These will include;

For teambuildings, these sessions may include interactive feedback sessions before, during and after the activities discussing themes that cut across the events objectives and scenarios that are currently at play in the work space and within their personal lives.

More so, we shall discuss how we can leverage on people; both their strengths & developmental areas, business environment, trends and available but scarce resources to meet the objectives of the organization as well as the ever changing needs of the modern day.
